RopeDrop.ai usage terms

1. Service scope

RopeDrop.ai is a single-trip digital planning tool that generates suggested itineraries for Walt Disney World vacations. We are a software provider, not a licensed travel agent or advisor. The service does not book travel, guarantee park entry, reserve dining, or provide official confirmations. All plans are suggestions and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for confirming hours, availability, visa or entry requirements, safety advisories, and any other prerequisites with official sources.

All itineraries are generated automatically without human review or intervention.

The service does not provide medical or safety advice. Itineraries do not account for individual health conditions or physical limitations. You must follow all posted safety warnings at the parks and consult your own medical professionals as needed.

RopeDrop.ai is independently owned and operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, or any related entity. All references to Disney parks or experiences are descriptive only. You remain solely responsible for reviewing official park policies, availability, pricing, and operational changes before acting on any recommendation.

2. Intellectual property & permitted use

RopeDrop.ai, its software, brand assets, and the itinerary formats it generates are owned by RopeDrop.ai. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service and the plans it produces for your own travel. You may not scrape, resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the service or its output without our prior written consent.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection and that RopeDrop.ai retains all rights to the presentation and structure of the service.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access for misuse, attempts to reverse engineer, or activities that disrupt the service.

The service is not directed to children under 13. By providing information about a minor in your travel party, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and consent to the processing of their information for trip planning purposes.

4. Fees & payment

The Total Price for access is a one-time, non-recurring payment of USD $10.00 per trip. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals. Payments are processed by our third-party billing provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable, so please confirm your intent to use the service before checking out. For billing errors, contact support@ropedrop.ai.

5. AI-generated content

Itineraries are produced with the help of large language model (LLM) technology. Content may contain inaccuracies, outdated park details, or assumptions about availability, and AI may hallucinate or invent information. Services are generated by Artificial Intelligence and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You must independently confirm park hours, visa or entry requirements, reservations, transportation schedules, dining policies, Lightning Lane rules, and any other operational requirements before relying on or sharing a plan. Plans are provided “as is” without guarantees.

Disney products and systems (e.g., Genie+, Lightning Lane, virtual queues, pricing, operating hours) change frequently. RopeDrop.ai is not responsible for real-time changes, rebrands, outages, or pricing differences, and plans may reference retired or renamed offerings. Always confirm with official Disney sources before you act.

6. User inputs & improvement rights

You may provide trip details (e.g., dates, party makeup, preferences, notes) to generate plans. You grant RopeDrop.ai a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that input to operate, secure, and improve the service, including via aggregated or anonymized analysis. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability & disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RopeDrop.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from itinerary recommendations, missed reservations, or park changes. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service (USD $10.00). Aggregate liability will not exceed the purchase price you paid.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROPEDROP.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MASSACHUSETTS LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (USD $10.00), AND THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN UNDER MASSACHUSETTS CONSUMER PROTECTION STATUTES.

8. Data practices

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to those practices.

9. Service changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for misuse, illegal activity, non-payment, or if operating the service becomes commercially impractical. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. If the changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

11. Verification responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying every aspect of your trip, including but not limited to ticket purchases, park reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane selections, transportation, accessibility requirements, attraction refurbishments, weather impacts, and any government or park health guidelines. RopeDrop.ai bears no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to confirm information with official park resources or travel providers.

Accessibility: RopeDrop.ai does not guarantee that suggested routes, transportation, or attraction access will meet ADA or other accessibility needs. You must confirm accommodations (including DAS) directly with Disney or relevant providers.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.Where permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class or representative actions against RopeDrop.ai.

Optional arbitration: If required by applicable law, disputes will be submitted to binding individual arbitration before a neutral arbitrator; class arbitration is not permitted.

13. Third-party links & services

Plans may reference third-party websites, apps, or services (e.g., Disney sites, booking tools). RopeDrop.ai does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or practices. Access and use of third-party services are at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RopeDrop.ai, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RopeDrop.ai and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications or proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
